We are using courier service from different courier companies like Delhivery, Xpressbee, FedEx etc. to ship our products. It will take maximum 5-8 days to get delivered after dispatched( within WEST BENGAL) and upto 10 days for rest of India.

Please note that we are responsible to dispatch and handover the product to Courier Company. After dispatching you will get all information like Courier Company Name, Tracking Link etc. If the parcel will lost or damaged during shipping it may take time to get solution to you. You can cancel your order within 24 Hours before dispatching or taking action to dispatch your product. It is not sure that we always accept your cancellation request. We recommend to place order only when you are confident to buy this product.
You can cancel your order before getting dispatch notification from us (D V Production) with no cancellation charge. For prepaid order you will get full refund to the source account after accepting your cancellation request from our side
You can request for return your product with an option either replace or refund. Return option will available in your “My-Account” section for 24 hours after changing the order status to “Complete”. So that you can make a successful return request within 24 hours after completing your order from our side. It may take upto 24 hours to update the order status from us and reflect your account.
We accept return only when the product that you received is different from the original product that you ordered, or the product is fully damaged or not usable. Be sure that we will verify your request before accepting your return request.
If the product is available to us or we can solve your problem we will replace your product with no extra charge, otherwise you will get full refund.
